Charlie Forcucci is a graduate from the University of Florida with double majors in Finance & Marketing. After graduation he became an Investment Specialist obtaining Series 7 Securities Licensure. Growing up in a real estate family, Charlie was instrumental in creating one of the most successful real estate teams in South Florida. Meghan Forcucci - Marketing Manager
Meghan Forcucci graduated Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University with a B.A. in Urban and Regional Planning and a minor in Real Estate. Meghan began her career working for land developers and has a strong background in the homebuilding process from permitting to sales and marketing. Meghan has worked on many land parcels, site plans, and planning projects throughout Palm Beach County. She is well qualifed in all aspects of land entitlement and the overall building process.
Meghan is a highly valued addition to her husband Charlie and Jupiter Beach Properties. Along with her detailed planning background, Meghan has a passion for photography. Meghan's creative eye will play a major role in the marketing and advertising activities.
